What timezones can you teach in?

From India (IST), prime windows comfortably cover UAE (GST), India, UK / Europe (evenings), and US East / West Coasts (mornings IST). Tell us your child's school schedule and we'll find a slot that respects bedtime and homework.

How do you handle child safeguarding and privacy?

All classes are 1-to-1 or small group with a parent always welcome to sit in. Recordings (if requested) are kept only 30 days. Student data lives on data-sovereign infrastructure — never sold, never used to train third-party AI models.

How is this different from a marketplace tutor?

Hindi Sparsh is not a marketplace. Both our educators are IB / Cambridge / CBSE classroom-trained with verifiable credentials. You get curriculum alignment, written progress reports, and a real long-term relationship — not a randomly assigned tutor each time.

What happens if my child misses a class?

Reschedule free with 24-hour notice. Inside 24 hours, the session is recorded for the child to catch up. We don't believe in penalising sick days.
